Refund and Cancellation

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order sarees
- Sarees purchased during clearance or sale events (unless defective)
- Blouse pieces that have been stitched or altered
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sreeganeshtextiles2@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back.
- Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the product passes quality inspection.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges if any are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 72 hours of delivery with supporting images.
- Subject to availability, we will replace the product or offer store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging for quick resolution.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
